That Terrible "C" Word

The above pictures don't necessarily relate to the what this paragraph will talk about but I wanted to include them.

So I have come to one of those walls. You know what I am talking about, right? A tremendously huge roadblock that the road I am traveling on has brought me to. It is one of those stone walls that has forced me to contemplate where I am at on that road and how I will move forward. There have been several things in my life that I have been struggling with and I have yet to take control and bust through them. Instead, I have conveniently figured out how to build a road AROUND them. So this week has I have come to a realization that CHANGE stinks but it is the only way I will get through this wall. I have come up with an action plan for each of these struggles and I plan to over come them. It has been an incredibly peaceful experience. As part of this experience I have learned that stating my plan out loud will help me to be accountable for all of my plans; therefore, I am telling all of you about this epiphany. And so my journey of CHANGE begins...

We have enrolled in a class called Financial Peace University to gain CONTROL of our budget.

I have signed up to be a part of an 8 week weight loss challenge to gain CONTROL of my health.

I have started a new calendaring system to gain CONTROL of my schedule.

And let me tell you...it feels so GOOD!!

CHANGE IS GOOD!!!
